This policy is applicable only to the customers who have purchased a Upcycled Louis Vuitton phone case of a particular model, and wish to replace the phone case with the same/different style Upcycled Louis Vuitton phone case within 90 days of delivery window.
The delivery window is 14 days after tracking shows delivered. Meaning you must wait 14 days after delivery to make use of the 90 Day Replacement Warranty
The replacement will be made only for the same model of phone that was originally ordered, and the customer cannot opt for a phone case for a different phone model. No excuses will be approved.
The phone case style may change for the replacement, but the phone model will remain the same.
The replacement is only valid for one (1) use only and for 1 item only. If multiple items were ordered you must have had purchased multiple (90 Day Replacement Warrantee) per item.
Replacement Item can not be shipped to a different address and must be shipped to address on order.
